Who we are
Groundwork Business Systems is run by James. We plan to become a limited company; until then, Groundwork is not a registered company. For any privacy question, call 07854 593718 or email info@groundworkbusinesssystems.co.uk.
What we collect
When you request a chat, we ask for your name, business name, email, phone number (needed if you’d like a call), business type, team size, your main day-to-day challenge and how you’d like us to contact you. Please don’t include sensitive information or details about your customers or staff.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your request, understand your needs and discuss whether we can help. We don’t add enquiries to a marketing mailing list and we don’t sell your information.
Where it’s stored
This website is built and hosted on Lovable, and form submissions are saved in its cloud database. Only Groundwork can read them; visitors to the site cannot.
Website visit statistics
Our website host records basic visit statistics, such as pages viewed, device type, approximate country and the site that referred you. We use these only to see how the site is used. We don’t run advertising trackers.
How long we keep it
If an enquiry doesn’t lead to work, we aim to delete it 6 months after our last contact. Records for paying clients, such as contracts and invoices, are kept for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Contact us using the details above. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
